Meet the Boss
In 1980, as his apprenticeship was successfully completed, Paul joined
a smaller, but no less efficient, local contractor before becoming a maintenance
electrician with a local National bus operator. After a number of years
there he moved on to work for a division of Scottish Land Developments. In 1989 he joined Royal Mail. During this time Paul was involved with installing and testing installations, Testing and repairing portable appliances and also the installation, maintenance and repair of sorting machines. His knowledge of management skills was enhanced as he took on a semi-management role before moving on to start Chadd Electrical Testing. Paul holds a number of related City and Guilds qualifications and proof of these can be supplied if required. He also has a good understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Requirements and has held a First Aid at Work Certificate for more than 10 years. He believes that this quantifies his commitment to ensuring that the service Chadd Electrical Testing offers fully complies with current legislation and guidelines in the area in which they operate. Paul does not believe in "failure" and so he is constantly looking for ways to improve the service his business offers. Not just to increase income generated but primarily so that he can offer a reliable service to his clients for many years to come. " I am not in the business of dishonesty. My business is electrical. If I can give my clients and prospective clients the service they want for a competitive price in relation to the service they receive then I am sure they will return and tell others about us" * Photograph by David Green - email |
